摘要
目的探讨语言训练对孤独症儿童的治疗效果。方法选取28例孤独症儿童,采取一对一的个体化语言训练,观察患儿训练前后的临床症状,记录患儿训练前、训练后3个月及6个月的CARS及ABC量表评分并进行比较。结果患儿经治疗后,语言障碍、交往障碍、刻板行为等核心症状均得到不同程度的缓解;CARS评分及ABC评分均较治疗前明显降低,且随治疗时间延长,评分降低越明显。训练前、训练后3个月及6个月3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论语言训练对孤独症儿童有较好的临床疗效,且疗效与治疗时间呈正相关。
Objective To explore the curative effect of speech therapy on autistic children.Methods 28 cases of children with autism spectrum disorders were selected to observe the clinical symptoms before and after individual language training,and the scores of childhood Autism Behavior Scale(ABC)and childhood autism rating volume table(CARS)were recorded and compared before training,at 3 months and 6 months after training.Results After treatment,the children’symptoms such as language disorder,communication disorder and restricted behavior were significant alleviated.The total score of ABC and CARS scale was decreased after training,and the longer treatment course,the lower score appeared obviously.The score was statistically significant difference between the two comparative(P<0.05).Conclusion Speech therapy has a good clinical effect on childhood autism,and the curative effect is positively correlated to the course of treatment.
