文拉法辛与氯米帕明治疗抑郁症伴发疲劳的对照研究

A Study of Accompanying Fatigue in the Treatment of Depressive Patients With Venlafaxine and Clomipramine

目的 :探讨文拉法辛与氯米帕明治疗抑郁症伴发躯体与脑力疲劳的起效时间及疗效。方法 :对 2 0 0 1年 4～ 6月萧山区第五人民医院就诊的所有抑郁症伴发躯体与脑力疲劳患者进行随机分组 ,分别予以文拉法辛及氯米帕明进行干预 ,干预前、后 1d、2d、3d、1周、2周、3周、4周分别予以疲劳量表 1 4及贝克抑郁自评问卷 (BDI 2 1 )进行评定。结果 :文拉法辛组于干预后第 3天疲劳量表 1 4评分出现迅速下降 ,治疗 4周后两组疲劳量表 1 4评分差异不明显 ,贝克抑郁自评问卷 (BDI 2 1 )评分仅第 3周差异显著。结论 :文拉法辛治疗抑郁症伴发躯体与脑力疲劳起效迅速 ,剂量较小 ,值得推荐 ;

Objective: To investigate the physical and mental medical effect and the efficacy time in the treatment of depressive patients with Venlafaxine and Clomipramine.Method: All the depressive outpatients with physical and mental fatigue who visited the Fifth People's Hospital of Xiaoshan District from April to June, 2001 were collected and divided into groups. They were treated with Venlafaxine, and then compared before the treatment and after it with self making questionnaire (BDI 21) and the -14 fatigue table on 1 d, 2 d, 3 d and in the 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week and 4th week.Result: It was found that the group with the treatment of presented a rapid drop in the -14 fatigue table on the third day, but the two groups did not present much difference in the -14 fatigue table when they were treated for 4 weeks, but obvious difference with self making questionnaire (BDI 21) only in the third week.Conclusion: The treatment of depressive patients with accompanying fatigue with Venlafaxine showed a rapid efficacy, and therefore, this drug is worthy to be recommended. In addition, there was no parallel relation between the improvement of the fatigue and the disposal of the depression.
