氟西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症疗效观察

Efficacy and Side Effects of Fluoxetine and Doxepin in the Treatment of Depressive Patients

目的 :比较氟西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症的疗效与不良反应。方法 :60例符合CCMD 2 R诊断标准抑郁症患者 ,HAMD >1 8分 ,经 6周随机、双盲对照研究并给予HAMD、CGI、TESS量表及临床疗效评估。结果 :氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效肯定 ,显效率 73 .3 % ,比多塞平 63 .3 %略高 ,两者差异无显著性。氟西汀不良反应较多塞平少而轻。结论 :氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效确切 。

Objective: To compare the efficacy and side effects of fluoxetine and doxepin in the treatment of depressive patients.Method: Sixty depressive patients meeting the major diagnostic standards (CCMD Ⅱ R) were recruited to be studied in six weeks by doubleblind and randomized trial to compare the efficacy and side effects of fluoxetine and doxepin. Their improvement and side effects were also monitored with clinical evaluation, HAMD, CGI and TESS.Result: There was no significant difference between fluoxetine and doxepin in their efficacy. The response rates were 73.3% and 63.3% respectively for fluoxetine and doxepin. The patients treated with fluoxetine presented fewer and slighter side effects than those with doxepin.Conclusion: Fluoxetine is an effective and well tolerated antidepressant.
