吲哚美辛栓对增强吗啡术后镇痛的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effects of Morphine Postoperative Analgesia Enhanced by Indomethacin Suppository

目的 :探讨术前预用吲哚美辛栓对吗啡硬膜外止痛效果的影响。方法 :选择择期妇科手术患者 1 2 0例 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 40例 ,术毕 3组患者均从硬膜外导管注入吗啡 2 .0mg(用生理盐水稀释至 1 0mL)。A组为对照组。B组在硬膜外操作完成 ,注入麻醉药前经直肠给吲哚美辛栓 1 0 0mg ,C组在术后 8h经直肠给吲哚美辛栓1 0 0mg ,手术后 8,1 2 ,2 4 ,36h观察镇痛效果。结果 :术后VAS评分 8h时B组低于A、C组 (P <0 .0 5) ,术后 1 2h后A组评分明显高于B、C组 (P <0 .0 5) ,B组低于C组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :吲哚美辛栓能增强吗啡硬膜外止痛效果 。

Objective: To discuss the effects of morphine extradural acesodyne through pre using indomethacin suppository before operation.Method: 120 patients were chosen for gynaecologic operation and divided into 3 groups at random with 40 patients each group. After operation,2.0mg morphine (diluted to 10ml by physiological saline) was injected into these patients by extradual vessels. Group A was made a compared one, and Group B received a transfusion of 100mg indomethacin suppository through rectum after finishing the extradual operation and before injecting anaesthetic; Group C received a transfusion of 100mg indomethacin suppository through rectum 8h later. Then we observed their analgesia effects 8 h, 12 h, 24 h and 36 h later respectively.Result: It was found that Group B's VAS mark was lower than Group A's and Group C's at 8h after operation ( P < 0.05 ); however, 12 h later Group A's mark was obviously higher than Group B's and Group C's ( P < 0.05 ) and Group B's was lower than Group C's.Conclusion: It is clear that indomethacin suppository can enhance the effect of morpine extradual acesodyne.
