反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙成药协日汤中栀子苷的含量

Determination of Jasminoidin in Mongolian Preparation Xieri Decoction by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定蒙成药协日汤中栀子苷的含量。方法 :采用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充料 (5um ,4 6mm× 2 0 0mm) ,乙腈—水 (16 :86 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 38nm。结果 :该方法排除了成药内其它组分干扰 ,测定的线性范围 11 5～ 5 7 5ug·ml-1,r =0 9999,检测限为 0 3ug,平均加样回收率 99 3% ,RSD为 1 7% (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便、快速、专属性强 ,可以用来控制该成药的内在质量。

Objctive: A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Jasminoidin in Xieri decoction. Method: Spherigel C18 column(5μm,4.6mm×200mm) was used ,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitile-water(15:85), the decoction wave-length was at 238 nm. Result: Jasminoidin had good linear relationship in the range of 11.5～57.5μg, r=0.9999, the limit of determination was 0.3μg, RSD=1.7%, the average recovery was 99.3%.
