摘要
本文用辐射热释光法研究了聚2,6萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN)的Sub-Tg存放效应,对呈现出的两个交叠峰进行了微机分峰处理,确认:出现在114℃的发光峰为PEN的玻璃化转变峰;出现在85℃的发光峰反应了PEN小尺寸链段的运动,此峰直接反应材料老化的进程。因而辐射热释光法是较DSC和TSC法更为灵敏的研究聚合物Sub-Tg存放效应的方法。
The Sub-Tg storage effect (physical aging) of poly 2,6 (ethylene naphthalate) (PEN) has been inverstigated by irradiation thermoluminescence (RTL) method. Two overlapping RTL peaks were resoluted by microcomputer. It has been identified that the second peak appeared at 114℃ attributed to the glass transition, while the first peak arised at 86℃ is associated with the molecular motion of small size segments which relate to Sub-Tg storage effect. Compared with DSC ang TSC method, RTL method is a more sensitive method for studying Sub-Tg storage effect of polymers.
