摘要 目的 :光镜下观察大鼠嗅球微血管构筑及其形态结构。方法 :应用单宁酸 -氯化铁媒染法 (TA- Fe法 )显示嗅球微血管。结果 :嗅球内微动脉系呈树状分支 ,大致分为三层血管网 ;毛细血管网的网眼形状、大小不一 ;第一层和第六层血管较稀疏 ,中间四层血管密度高。结论 :TA- Fe法可清晰地显示嗅球微血管 。 Objective:To observe the microvasculture and structures of olfactory bulb in rats.Methods:Microvasculture of olfactory bulb in rats was demonstrated with tannic acid ferric(TA Fe) chloride staining method.Results:The arterioles in olfactory bulb gave off a series of tree like branches,which formed three layers capillary network.The transverse sections of capillaries varied differently in configuration and in diameter.The blood vessels was sparse in the first and the sixth layer,dense in another four layers.Conclusion:It is proved that the TA Fe method is practical in investigating microvasculture of olfactory bulb;At the neuron concentrating area,the blood vessels were also distributed densely.
