清宫长春丹胶囊对肾阳虚小鼠应激能力的影响

EFFECTS OF QING GONG CHANG CHUN DAN CAPSULE ON STRESS CAPABILITY OF MICE WITH KIDNEY-YANG DEFICIENCY

目的 :观察清宫长春丹胶囊 (以下简称长春丹 )对“阳虚”小鼠应激能力的影响。方法 :昆明种小鼠肌肉注射氢化可的松 2 5 mg.kg-17天 ,随机分为长春丹 0 .5、1.0、2 .0 g.kg-1三组 ,灌胃给药 ,连续给药 7天 ,观察长春丹对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、游泳时间和耐缺氧时间。结果 :长春丹明显延长小鼠游泳时间及耐缺氧时间、提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结论 :长春丹可显著的增强“阳虚”小鼠的应激能力。

Objective:To study the effect of qing gong chang chun dan capsule(QGCCD)on stress capability of mice with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:The mice with kidney yang deficiency induced by hydrocortisone(25 mg·kg 1 ,im for 7d)were divided into 4 groups randomly and ig administration QGCCD(0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg·kg 1 )or saline for 7d,respectively.The clearance rate of charcoal particle,tolerance time of anoxia and swim of mice were observed.Results:QGCCD could improve engulfment capabliity of macrophage,tolerance time of anoxia and swim in mice.Conclusion:QGCCD could enhance stress capability of mice with kidney yang deficiency.
