摘要
从尖山橙(Melodinus fusiformis)全植物中分得15个生物碱,其中3个为新生物碱,采用波谱分析和化学方法,它们的结构分别鉴定为:11,19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine(1)11-hydroxy-14,15α-epoxy tabersonine(2)和scandine N_b-oxide(3).其余12个为已知生物碱:scandine(4),moloscandonine(5),10-hydoxyscandine(6),Kopsinine(7),15α-hydroxykopsinine(8),venalstonine(9),tabersonine(10),11-methoxytabersonine(11),11-hydroxytabersonine(12),tubotaiwine(13),vindolinine(14)和deacetylpicraline(15).新生物碱1和2分别显示有明显的抗生育和抗肿瘤的作用。
Fifteen alkaloids have been isolated from Melodinus fusiformis ex Benth (Apocynaceae), a plant used in Chinese folk medicine for the treatment of rheumatic heart disease, invigorating the circulation of blood.
Three of them have been established as new alkaloids: 11, 19(R)-dihydroxy tabersonine (1), 11-hydroxy-14, 15α-epoxy tabersonine (2) and scandine N_b-oxide(3) by spectral analysis and chemical methods. The twelve known alkaloids were identified as scandine (4), meloscandonine (5), 10-hydroxy scandine (6), kopsinine (7), 15α-hydroxy kopsinine (8), venalstonine (9), tabersonine (10), 11-methoxy tabersonine (11), 11-hydroxy tabersonine (12), tubotaiwine(13), vindolinine 14 and deacetyl picraline (15) by comparison with authentic samples and literatures data. Alkaloid (15) was isolated for the first time from the Melodinus genus. New alkaloids 2 and 3 show significant spermatocidal and antitumor activity respectively.
