摘要
鞍钢3200 m^3高炉采用了原燃料整粒过筛及分级入炉、串罐无料钟炉顶、高炉长寿、富氧喷煤、环保型INBA炉渣粒化装置、高风温内燃式热风炉等一系列的新技术,以改善环保、降低成本、提高生产率和产品质量。
In order to improve environment,decrease pig iron cost and increase BF productivity,a series of new techniques were adopted on the 3 200m3 BF at Anshan Steel,such as BF filling by fraction size, series hopper type bell-less top,BF long life techniques, PCI with oxgen enriched blast, environment friendly 1NBA slag granulated installtion, high blast temperature internal combustion hot stove,and so on.
