摘要
从海南特有植物锈毛野桐Mallotus anomalus Meer et Chun的地上部分又分得三个新的对映-玫瑰烷(rosane)型三环二萜类成分:锈毛醇酮(1),异锈毛醇酮(2),锈毛双醇酮(3)。根据其理化数据和核磁共振NOE及二维谱技术推定了它们的结构。
Besides the anticancer principles new maytansinoids mallotunsine and isomallotunsine, three new ent-rosane type diterpenoids have been additionally isolated from Mallotus anomalus Meer et Chun(Euphorbiacea), a special shrub growing in Hainan Island. They are named anomallotusin C_(20)H_(32)O_3 m.p.: 155—156℃, [a]_D 52.6°, isoanomallotusin C_(20)H_(32)O_3 m. p.: 213—215℃, [a]_D 101.2°, anomallotusinin C_(20)H_(32)O_3 m. p.:175—176℃, [a]_D 117.6°, respectively. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroanalyses including Homo-and Hetro-nuclear 2D NMR and long range ^(13)C-~1H COSY techniques.
