揉碎玉米秸秆螺旋输送装置参数试验优化 被引量:5

Experiment and optimization of screw conveyor parameters for rubbing and breaking corn straw

摘要 针对农业纤维物料螺旋输送装置输送功耗大、效率低的问题,以比能产量和功耗为输送性能的评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面试验方法进行试验,建立各指标与因素间的回归数学模型,并以比能产量最大,功耗最小为优化目标,对影响螺旋输送性能的结构与工作参数进行优化。结果表明,当螺距为300~355mm,螺旋轴转速100~140r/min、喂入量30~70kg/min时,螺旋输送装置能满足较高效率较低能耗输送要求;各因素对比能产量影响的主次顺序为:喂入量、螺距、螺旋轴转速;影响功耗的主次顺序为:喂入量、螺旋轴转速、螺距;螺旋输送装置优化参数组合为:螺距325mm,螺旋轴转速100r/min,喂入量30kg/min。优化后螺旋输送装置的比能产量为0.084 6kg/W,较优化前提高了4.96%,功耗为439.781W,较优化前降低了2.44%。 In order to reduce the power consumption of screw conveyor and increase its conveying efficiency,its power consumption and productivity ratio were used as evaluation index to establish a regression mathematical model between the indexes and the factors by applying Box-Behnken response surface test method.The structure and working parameters which affecting the conveying performance of the screw conveyor were then optimized.The results showed that when the pitch was 300-355 mm,the rotational speed was 100-140 r/min,and the feeding quantity was 30-70 kg/min,the screw conveyor could meet the requirement of high efficiency and low energy consumption.The primary and secondary order of the effect of the factors on the productivity ratio were feeding quantity,pitch,rotational speed.And the primary and secondary order of the power consumption were feeding quantity,rotational speed,pitch.The pitch of 325 mm,rotational speed of 100 r/min,feeding quantity of 30 kg/min were the best combination factors,power consumption and the productivity ratio were respectively 439.781 Wand 0.084 6 kg/W,the power consumption was decreased by 2.44%,and the productivity ratio was increased by 4.96%compared with that before optimization.
