基于村级问卷调查的农田设施水平评价及整治分区 被引量:2

Farmland facility level evaluation and remediation division based on village-level questionnaire

摘要 为合理评价农田设施水平,分析农田的限制因素,为农田设施完善和科学编制土地整治规划,提升耕地质量提供科学依据,以黑龙江省海伦市为研究区域,基于村级问卷调查数据,利用TOPSIS模型和最小方差模型,开展农田设施水平评价和土地整治类型区的划分;基于水利条件、生态防护和机械化条件因素得到农田设施整治潜力指数评价农田设施水平。结果表明:1)海伦市西部、西南部以及中北部部分地区的农田设施水平较高,其他地区相对较低,总体呈现西北向东南递减的分布;2)按照不同评价单元限制因素的数量与类型,共划分水利条件提升区、生态水利改善区和综合整治区3个农田设施限制因素整治类型区。 Reasonable the farmland facilities evaluation and the limiting factors analyses on farmland are important to improve the scientific remediation of land and the quality of farmland.Hailun City,Heilongjiang Province is taken as the research area.Based on the village-level questionnaire data obtained,the TOPSIS model and Least Square Error model are used to carry out the evaluation of farmland facilities and division of land remediation types.Based on the conditions of water conservancy,ecological protection and mechanization,the results indicate that:1)The levels of farmland facilities in the west,southwest,and central and northern parts of Heilongjiang are higher,and other areas are relatively lower.The overall shows a decreasing distribution trend from northwest to southeast;2)According to the number and type of constraints of different evaluation units,the farmlands are classified into three types including water conservancy conditions upgrading area,ecological water improvement area and comprehensive remediation area.This study provides a scientific basis for improving farmland facilities and scientifically preparing land remediation plans and improving the quality of cultivated land.
