并行数据包转发机制的研究

摘要 采用并行方法解决高性能路由器对性能和QoS的要求是普遍使用的方法。本文在控制调度和Qos支持的基础上提出了一种并行的支持QoS的高性能路由器体系结构,着重探讨了如何将数据包有效地分发到多个路由代理的并行数据包转发问题。试验结果表明,本文提出的算法是有效可行的。 In this paper, we propose a new architecture of QoS;capable IP Router . We address one key design issue in our architecture ; the distribution of IP packets to multiple independent routing agents so that the workload at routing agents is balanced and the packet ordering is preserved. We introduce the Enhanced flow;based Distributing Scheme as the solution. Simulations are carried out to study the effectiveness of the scheme. The results show that the scheme does meet our design goals very well.
