摘要
基于磁悬浮控制力矩陀螺用永磁无刷直流电机不但要求有好的驱动能力 ,而且需有小的转矩脉动 ,以利于电磁轴承的可靠运行 ,文中从理论和试验上 ,对无齿槽永磁无刷直流电机的转矩进行分析 。
The permanent-magnet no-slot motor used for magnetic suspend control torque gyro needs not only sound driving ability but also smaller torque disturbances to ensure the reliable running of electric magnetic bearing. In view of it and by means of test and theory, the paper analyses the torque of no-slot permanent-magnet DC motor; meanwhile, it specializes the influence of Hall component setting location of no-groove motor on the motor torque.
