Improvement about Lubrication System of YT Series Diesel Engine

分析了YT系列柴油机润滑系统主要零部件的作用及结构,改进了机油泵、机油集滤器、机油滤清器底座和机体等零部件并进行试验研究,找到了增大进入第1个主轴承座供油量的方法,对改善柴油机的润滑效果具有重要意义。

Function and structure of lubrication system of YT series diesel engine were analyzed.Some parts were improved,such as oil pump,oil suction strainer assy,base of oil filter and cylinder block.These improved parts were made experiment.Way was found that increasing fuel delivery forentering first base of main bearing.It has significance to improve lubrication effect of YT series diesel engine.
