Determination of Nitrofuran Metabolite Residues in Aquatic Products by UPLC-MSMS

摘要 建立了UPLC-MS/MS检测水产品中硝基呋喃代谢物的方法,通过加大取样量和内标的浓度,增强响应值和结果的稳定性,衍生化时间缩短为2h,固定缓冲溶液的体积,提高检测效率。AOZ、SEM、AMOZ和AHD的回收率均在89.0%~114.8%,相对标准偏差小于10%,检出限为0.1μg/kg。 A method of UPLC-MSMS for determination of nitrofuran metabolites in aquatic products has been established.In order to improve the efficiency,sampling weight and internal standard were increased,stability and response result were enhanced,derivatization time was shortened to 2 h,volume of buffer solution was fixed.The recoveries of AOZ,SEM,AMOZ and AHD were between 89.0% and 114.8%,precision was lower than 10%,detection limit was 0.1 μg/kg.
