有限元模拟在驱动轮轴失效分析中的应用

摘要 驱动轮轴是车辆传动系统的末端,承担着传递大扭矩、连接驱动轮和驱动车辆行驶的功能。由于其特殊的使用要求,决定了其设计、加工和热处理等诸多方面均有特殊的结构与工艺。以生产一线典型故障案例入手,利用三维软件有限元分析方法,对驱动轮轴的强度、合理性进行验证设计,对存在的缺陷进行针对性的改进,降低设计风险,缩短设计周期。 Drive axle is the terminal of vehicle transmission system,and it bears major function,such as transferring large torque,connecting with driving wheel and driving vehicle.Because of its special using requirements,there are special structure and technology in many aspects,such as design,machining and heat treatment process and structure.Starting from the production of typical fault line case,3D finite element analysis method was used to verify the design of drive axle strength and rationality,improve the defects,reduce design risk and shorten design cycle.
