Influence of FDI to Chinese Agricultural Equipment Industry

自中国允许外国对华直接投资以来,投资规模一直持续增长,跨国企业拥有资金、技术、市场、品牌和管理等多方面的明显优势,在很短的时间内拥有中国市场较大的份额,通过股权、市场等方面的控制,影响着中国国民经济和产业体系的安全运行。以农机行业为例,分析外国直接投资(FDI)对该行业的各种影响,进而提出维护中国产业安全的相关建议。

Since FDI was allowed in China,it is continuously growing and takes obvious advantage on funds,technology,marketing,brand,management and so on.In short period,FDI seized the larger Chinese marketing shares.Through controlling of shares,marketing channel etc,FDI effects the safe operation of Chinese national economy and industrial system.It was focused on influent of FDI to the agricultural machinery and some relevant recommendation to preserve the Chinese industry security.
