Design and Development of 5YPJ Type Corn Peeling Machine

我国玉米收获机械化研究起步晚且发展缓慢,玉米剥皮是玉米机械化收获中最薄弱的环节。玉米剥皮机械的研发尤其是与玉米收获机相配套的剥皮机械,仍处于起步阶段。针对现有类型的与玉米联合收获机配套的剥皮装置进行改进和优化设计,开发一种5YPJ型玉米联合收获机剥皮装置,解决玉米联合收获机剥皮装置存在的玉米苞叶剥净率低,子粒损失率、破碎率过高的问题,并提高与玉米联合收获机配套适应性。

Corn harvest mechanization research in China started late and developed slowly. Corn peeling was the weakest link in corn mechanized harvest. Research and development of corn peeling machine especially matched with corn harvest machine,was still in the initial stage. For improvement and optimization design for peeling device of the type and the corn harvest machine,5YPJ type peeling corn harvester device was designed. This device solved the existing problems that peeling corn combine harvester for corn low bract peeling rate,high grain loss rate,high broken rate,and increased adaptability with corn harvester matching.
