摘要 通过搭建冷等离子体种子处理试验台,应用冷等离子技术对农作物和饲草种子进行处理,寻找出最高发芽率的最佳处理剂量,分析冷等离子体处理对种子发芽及幼苗特性的影响。试验台的数据采集及智能监控系统可以实现对试验条件、试验过程及试验结果等关键参数的监测、控制和采集,为数字智能化种子处理机的研发提供条件,同时为开发可用于规模化生产的种子处理机提供技术支撑,研究意义重大。 Low-temperature plasma technology could activate seed internal material,improve its ability to adapt to the external environment and increase production.However,the present relevant theoretical research is not deep enough,the overall level of processor development is not high.Through building a low-temperature plasma test platform used for seed processing and using this technology to process crop and grass seeds,this research could find out optimum treatment dose for the highest germination rate.At the same time,effect of low-temperature plasma processing on seed germination and seedling characteristics was found.The data acquisition and intelligent monitoring system on test platform could monitor,control and pick-up the key data of test conditions,process and results,which will provide conditions to develop the digital intelligent seed processor.The research could get the key data of low-temperature plasma equipment processing the seed,improve ability of germination and growth.And also,it could provide technical support for develop the seed processor in large scale,which has an important significance.
