摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)确证蜜饯中的糖精钠含量,样品提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,利用可变波长紫外检测器与二极管阵列检测器检测。结果显示:食品添加剂脱氢乙酸钠对糖精钠的检测有着明显的干扰,经过调节流动相使得糖精钠与干扰峰完全分离,线性良好,回收率为97.7%~101.1%,相对标准偏差1.21%~2.15%。该方法有效避免了蜜饯中糖精钠含量的误判,可用于实际样品的日常检测。
Method of high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) to confirm saccharin sodium content in the preserved fruit was studied. The samples were extracted,separated by C18 chromatography column,and detected by variable wavelength UV detector and diode array detector. Results showed that detection of food additive sodium dehydroacetate had obvious interference on saccharin sodium. Through adjusting the mobile phase,saccharin sodium and interference peaks were separated completely,and it had a good linearity. The recovery rate was 97. 7% ~ 101. 1%. Relative standard deviation was 1. 21% ~ 2. 15%. This method effectively avoided misjudgment in the content of saccharin sodium in preserved fruit,and it also could be used for routine detection of real samples.
