摘要
为了提高《食品添加剂》课程教学质量,针对该课程目前存在的主要问题,围绕新建地方本科院校人才培养目标,从教学内容、教学方法和考核手段等多方面进行了课程改革。结果表明,学生学习的主观能动性提高,专业知识、技能掌握扎实,教学效果良好。
Problems of ‘Food Additive'teaching were pointed out. Reform and practice of optimization of theory teaching content and experimental projects,improvement of teaching methods and reform of examination formwere introduced in detail. Results showed that new teaching pattern not only avails to cultivate students' learning interest,but also improve students' abilities of analyzing and solving problems.
