通过卷烟包装机包装出来的小盒烟包,经过美容器烙铁整形后,烟包外观更加整齐,外层的透明纸也会更加漂亮、有光泽。烟包美容器虽然有一套独立的控制系统,但是对于卷烟包装机组来说却只是生产中的一个环节,一旦发生故障,整条生产线将不能正常进行生产。该文对洛阳卷烟厂的卷烟包装机烟包美容器人机界面系统进行了改进设计,成功实现了人机界面与PLC的正常通讯,对于相关企业的技术改造也具有一定的参考意义。
