烤烟漂浮育苗盘的消毒方法

Disinfection Method of Flue-cured Tobacco Floating Seedling-raising Disk

采用湿式水体电消毒系统、干式臭氧消毒机、高温密封房和化学消毒剂等措施实施了漂浮育苗盘的消毒,并对育苗盘进行了植物生长抑制物酚类物质的消解试验。试验结果表明,湿式水体电消毒系统灭菌消毒的效果最好,而且消解酚类物质的效果也最好。密封房臭氧处理苗盘的效果优于高温处理,也优于化学消毒剂的处理方式。并通过试验确定了现实所用的化学消毒方式以及操作方式几乎对烤烟育苗盘的细菌、真菌灭杀无效。由此指出了建立育苗工厂水体电消毒系统是必要的,并强调了消毒后水洗除氯的必要性。

Floating and vegetable seedling-raising disk was sterilized by water disinfection system,ozone disinfector,high temperature room and washing. A digesting experiment was conducted to plant growth inhibitor-phenolics on vegetable seedling-raising disk. Results of the trial indicated that water disinfection system was the best on sterilization and phenolics digesting. Ozone treatment in sealing room was better than high temperature and chemical disinfectants. The experiment also determined the current chemical disinfection method has little effect on bacteria and fungi of flue-cured tobacco seedling-raising disk. The research concluded that setting up water disinfection system of nursery was necessary,and it was impossible to eliminate chlorine by washing after sterilization.
