摘要
对茶叶中喹螨醚残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定过程进行了研究,分析测量过程的不确定度来源,并且对不确定度的各个分量进行评估和合成。结果表明,加标回收率和标准工作溶液配制引入的不确定度分量是影响喹螨醚残留量测定不确定度的主要原因。当茶叶中喹螨醚残留量为8.28μg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.40μg/kg,测定结果表示为X=(8.28±0.40)μg/kg,k=2,P=95%。
To study the uncertainty of fenazaquin in tea,testing process was studied in order to determine the major source of uncertainty. Besides,each component of uncertainty was evaluated and synthesized. Results showed that standard addition recovery and standard working solution preparation uncertainty components were main causes of uncertainty. As the content of fenazaquin was 8. 28 μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0. 40 μg/kg. Result of fenazaquin content could be expressed as follows: X =(8. 28 ± 0. 40) μg/kg,k = 2,P = 95%.
