摘要
通过对国内核桃干燥设备的调查研究,针对干燥设备能耗大、均匀性差、干燥后产品品质不佳等现状,选择5HH-3000型核桃烘干机与HG-120型果品烘干机两种干燥设备为试验研究对象,对比分析干燥设备实际工作的性能指标,结果证明,5HH-3000机型的性能优于HG-120型干燥设备。为干燥设备的优化改进提供了有力证明,也为机型的选择和规模化生产提供了理论依据。
Through investigation and study of walnut drying equipment in domestic,which have the characteristic of large energy consumption,less uniformity and low quality,5 HH-3000 type and HG-120 type walnut fruit drying machine dryers were chosen for comparative study with drying equipment performance indicators. Results proved that drying performance of 5HH-3000type was better than HG-120 type. It provided strong evidence for optimization improvement of drying equipment,and also provided a theoretical basis for choice of models and large-scale production.
