摘要
目前国内核桃破壳取仁主要依靠手工,效率低,成本高,制约了核桃产业的发展。介绍了项目组新研制的小型短风道核桃壳仁分选机的结构、工艺、工作原理、特点及试验情况,该设备集核桃破壳、壳仁分级和壳仁分离于一体,可以同时完成核桃破壳、壳仁分级与风选分离,为实现核桃壳仁机械化分离加工创造了条件。
At present walnut shelling in domestic mainly depends on manual,which has restricted development of walnut industry because of the low efficiency and high cost. Structure,process,working principle,characteristics and test case of small short duct walnut kernel separator were introduced,which was developed by project team. Walnut shelling,shell kernel grade separation and air separation could be done at the same time by this device,and good condition were created for realizing mechanization of walnut kernel separation processing.
