基于Creo的自走式喷药机车叉结构有限元分析

摘要 根据自走式喷药机的工作要求,设计了一种在轮胎和车腿之间用来支撑车身的车叉,并在Creo上建模。喷药机的轮胎要求能行走外还可以沿竖直轴转动,所以车叉除了承受整个车身重力外,还需承受转矩,受力情况较复杂。为确保车叉正常工作,在Creo上运用Simulate模块进行有限元分析,可以直观得出车叉受力情况。 According to working requirements of self-propelled sprayer,a kind of fork between tire and leg was designed to support the body of sprayer,and the model of fork was built based on Creo. Tires were required walk and rotate along the vertical axis. So the fork in addition to support whole body gravity,but also need to support torque. Its stress situation was more complex. In order to ensure normal work of the fork,finite element analysis using Simulate module was carried out based on Creo.Fork force was obtained from analysis result.
