摘要
以铁牛47.8~69.8 kW拖拉机为研究对象,结合最大产棉地区的新疆棉田作业工况,提出了高地隙、宽轮距拖拉机设计原则。对拖拉机前、后轮轮距及前、后轴离地最小间隙进行了计算,校核计算了拖拉机前、后轴的承载能力,计算结果正确。设计的高地隙、宽轮距拖拉机满足了棉田作业要求。
Taking Tieniu 47. 8 ~ 69. 8 kW tractor as research object,design principles of high clearance and wide track tractor were put forward according to Xinjiang which is the largest cotton producing areas of operation. Tread of front wheel and rear wheel,the minimum clearance from ground of front axle and rear axle of this series tractor were calculated. Carrying capacity of front axle and rear axle were checked. Results showed that this design was correct. This series tractor of high clearance and wide track could meet the operation requirements of cotton field.
