果品质量近红外光谱检测技术应用与研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 由于传统的果品质量检测手段步骤烦琐、成本高且效率低,对果品容易造成损害和污染,无法满足现代果品快速分选分级的现实要求,果品加工企业、政府检测监管机构以及消费群体极力渴望出现新型、快速、实时和高效实用的果品质量检测技术以及相应的检测设备。通过对当前存在的果品质量近红外检测技术的应用研究情况进行了简单的归纳和总结,探讨了果品质量近红外光谱检测技术所面临的问题以及未来发展趋势。 Because that traditional measurements on fruit quality are redundancy,high cost and low efficiency,the fruits are easy to be damaged and polluted,which can't meet requirements of modern fruit's rapid sorting and grading. The fruit processing enterprises,government regulators and consumer groups desire to have a new,rapid,real-time,efficient and practical fruit quality detection technology and corresponding test equipment. Current situation of application and progress of near infrared spectroscopy technique for measurement on fruit qualities were simply induced and summarized. At last,existed problems and development trends of near infrared spectroscopy technique for measurement on fruit qualities in the future were discussed.
