摘要
为满足设施园艺和丘陵山区旱地与水田耕作作业对先进适用机械装备的需求,在概述国内外微耕机研制现状的基础上,分析了微耕机的设计思路和技术关键,同时对总体结构、动力选择、传动链结构、一体式箱体传动装置、耕刀部件和离合器操作把手等主要部件的设计进行了详细论述。设计的新型微耕机较目前市场销售的微耕机在功能上有较大提高。
To meet requirements of advanced machinery equipment applying to cultivation work for facility horticulture and hilly mountain area,design thoughts and key technologies were analyzed based on the overview of micro-tillage machine's study status at home and abroad. Major components such as overall structure,choice of power,transmission chain,integrated housing gearing,rotary blades,clutch handle and so on were discussed in detail. Comparing with current market sales,the new type of micro-tillage machine designed would be a larger increase in function.
