摘要
分别从试管苗不同节段、不同密度及培养基不同糖浓度3个方面研究了对试管薯诱导的影响,结果表明:试管苗中下部节段、每瓶接30株、培养基用MS+9%的蔗糖浓度诱导试管薯最佳。
Influence of different segments of test tube seedlings,different density and different medium sugar content for vitro potato induction were studied. Results showed that conditions of lower segment of tube seedlings,30 strains per bottle,culture medium with MS + 9% sucrose concentration were the best.
