Optimize of Pull-up Shutter System for Sun-light Greenhouse Based on Full Protection

上拉式卷帘是最早使用的一种卷帘方式,但因实际使用中存在较大安全隐患而逐渐减少应用。为此,从安全防护角度出发,设计了一种全防护型的上拉式卷帘系统,包括研制适合温室使用的限位装置,提出并设计了应急、维修模式和自诊断装置等。经过现场测试,该系统能够有效杜绝安全事故发生,保证卷帘系统的稳定性和可靠性,具有推广和应用价值。

Pull-up shutter system is the first invented machinery for greenhouse shutter rolling,but it is used less and less due to a large security risk. For this reason,a full protection of pull-up shutter system was designed,which included a limit device and the diagnosis device. The system also had two modes for emergency and maintenance. This system could effectively avoid safety accidents and the stability and reliability of shutter system was guaranteed. Widely applied value was proved through the field test.
