日光温室后墙保温系统试验研究

摘要 为减少冬季日光温室加温能耗,基于空气流动原理设计了温室后墙保温系统。该系统利用风机将温室白天蓄积的热量储蓄在后墙的夹层中与后墙的保温室内,经过热量传导与交换,保证太阳能的高效利用。试验结果表明,在冬季白昼为晴朗、连阴雾霾天(极端天气)下蓄热温室夜间空气温度分别比对照温室平均高3.12和3.17℃,土壤温度分别比对照温室平均高3.2和2.78℃。日光温室蓄热能力的提高,实现了番茄的安全过冬生产。该研究成果对日光温室结构的改进、温度调控有重要意义。 To reduce heating energy consumption of solar greenhouses in winter,a back wall thermal insulation system was designed which based on the principle of air flow. The system could accumulate heat during the day and save in the interlayer of the back wall and insulation chamber by the blower,through heat conduction and exchange,to ensure the solar energy efficient utilized. Results showed that during the winter day sunny and extreme weather,respectively,the air temperature at night in the regenerative greenhouse was average higher than the control greenhouse 3. 12 and 3. 17 ℃; soil temperature,respectively,compared with the control greenhouse on average higher 3. 2 and 2. 78 ℃. The improvement of solar greenhouse heat storage capacity,realized the tomato safety production in winter. Results are important for improvement of sunlight greenhouse structure and temperature control.
