阐述了北京农机职业技能培训与鉴定示范基地建设的意义,分析了示范基地建设的概况,指出了存在的问题,如硬件设施老化,师资力量不能满足鉴定需求,鉴定质量有待提高,质量管理需进一步规范等,并提出了发展对策。

Significance of demonstration base construction of vocational skills training and identification for agricultural machinery in Beijing city was elaborated. General situation of demonstration base construction was analyzed. Existing problems were pointed out,such as hardware facilities aged,teachers strength could not meet the needs of identification,identification quality needed to be improved,quality management needed to be further standardized etc. And development countermeasures were put forward.
