Countermeasures of ‘Fruit Base Hurt Farmers' under ‘Internet + ' Environment

针对2015年北京市昌平区苹果丰收但销售情况不好的现状,提出"互联网+"环境下应拓宽政府职能,采取多方面的措施解决果贱伤农问题。

Aimed at current situation that apple harvest but sales situation was not good in Changping district of Beijing in 2015,government function should be expanded under ‘Internet + ' environment,various measures should be taken to solve problems of fruit base hurt farmers.
