摘要
人力资源是事业长期发展的生命线。事业单位在人力资源管理上所存在的问题,不但容易造成人力资源的流失,还会影响事业单位的改革和未来的发展。根据国内人力资源管理的特点,通过调查分析北京市农机鉴定推广系统的管理现状,对北京市农机鉴定推广系统人力资源管理存在的问题和改革措施进行了梳理和探讨。
Human resource is lifeline of long-term development of enterprise. Problems existing in the human resource management are not only easy to cause loss of human resources,but also affect reform of public institutions and future development. According to characteristics of domestic human resources management,through investigation of current management situation of Beijing agricultural machinery experiment appraisal promotion system,problems and reform measures of human resource management of Beijing agricultural machinery experiment appraisal promotion system were combed and discussed.
