Investigation and Research on Socialization and Standardization Management of Property Services in Public Institutions

采用文献查阅、实地考察座谈和专家咨询3种方式,对事业单位物业社会化服务、专业化和规范化管理的经验、问题等进行调查研究,分析了物业管理行业存在的问题,并提出了解决对策。结合北京市农业机械试验鉴定推广站物业管理存在的问题,提出了改进建议。

Using 3 ways of literature review,field survey discussion and expert consultation,experience and problems of socialized services,specialized and standardization management of property in public institution were investigated and researched.Problems of property management industry were analyzed and solving countermeasures were put forward. Combined with the problems of property management in Beijing Agricultural Machinery Experiment Appraisal Popularize Station,improvement suggestions were put forward.
