摘要
针对京郊甘薯收获环节缺少适宜机具、人工收获劳动强度大、作业效率低等问题,对引进的4U-190型双行甘薯收获机、4U-80型单行甘薯收获机和4UF-900型单行甘薯收获机3种机型进行对比试验。通过试验,筛选出2种作业质量符合相关行业标准及京郊甘薯种植农艺要求的甘薯收获机。其中,4U-80型单行甘薯收获机工作幅宽为80cm,4UF-900型单行甘薯收获机作业幅宽为90 cm,作业质量基本能够满足要求,同时作业效率为人工的60~70倍,有效解决了甘薯收获环节的机械化问题,达到了节本增效的目的。
According to the fact that less suitable equipment,high labor intensity and low efficiency of manual work during harvest time in Beijng suburbs,contrast tests were taken among 4 U-190 double row sweet potato harvester,4 U-80 single row sweet potato harvester and 4 UF-900 single row sweet potato harvester. Two kinds of sweet potato harvesters whose harvesting effect matched relevant occupation standard and Beijng suburbs' potato planting agronomic requirements were selected through test.Among them,working breadth of 4 U-80 single row sweet potato harvester was 80 cm and that of 4 UF-900 single row sweet potato harvester was 90 cm. Their work could satisfy requirements basically and operating efficiency was 60-70 times of manual. These performances solved mechanization problems in harvest process,reduced cost and increased benefit at the same time.
