摘要
针对2ZL-4型链夹式移栽机在露地甘蓝移栽过程中出现的栽植密度低、上苗用工量大和漏栽率高等问题,设计改进形成了2ZL-5型移栽机。2ZL-5型移栽机调整栽植器布局以降低行距,增设苗盘架避免人工周转苗盘,并更换配套动力设备轮胎为专用窄轮,降低轮辙对移栽影响。改进后露地甘蓝机械移栽密度提升为7株/m^2,生产效率为0.19 hm^2/h,栽植合格率为90.8%,漏栽率为4.4%,基本满足农艺生产要求。
In order to solve problems of low planting density,high working capacity of upper seedling and high seepage rate during transplanting process of 2ZL-4 chain clip transplanter,improved 2ZL-5 transplanter was designed. Layout of 2ZL-5 transplanter was adjusts to reduce row spacing. Planter disc holder was added to avoid manual turnover of seedling disc. Tire of supporting power equipment was replaced with special narrow wheel to reduce influence of wheel rut on planting. Improved outdoor kale mechanical transplanting density was 7 plant/m^2,shift production efficiency was 0. 19 hm^2/h,planting percent of pass was 90. 8%,leak at a rate was 4. 4%,the equipment basicly meet requirements of agricultural production.
