摘要
利用蔬菜产后小包装机械化技术试验,分析机械化包装技术适用性,为进一步推广蔬菜产后初加工机械化技术奠定基础。通过蔬菜产后机械化包装和人工包装对比试验,自动封膜包装效率是人工封膜包装效率的5~6倍;综合生产效率是人工作业效率的1.9倍。若车间满负荷作业,可由原来的13人减少到7人。但由于蔬菜品种、规格多和产量低等原因,严重制约了机械化技术的应用。规模化生产是促进蔬菜产后机械化技术提升的关键所在。
Applicability of mechanized packaging technology was analyzed by using technology test of small postpartum packaging of vegetables,which layed a foundation for further popularizing mechanized technology of vegetable postpartum primary processing. Efficiency of automatic film sealing packaging was 5 ~ 6 times higher than that of artificial film sealing packaging through comparison test of mechanized packaging and artificial packaging of vegetables after delivery. Comprehensive production efficiency was 1. 9 times that of manual operation. If the workshop was fully loaded,it could be reduced from 13 to 7. However,application of mechanization technology was seriously restricted due to variety,specification and low yield of vegetables. Large-scale production was the key to improve technology of postpartum mechanization of vegetables.
