摘要
结合国内西红柿采摘方式仍比较单一,大多处于人工采摘的现状,对西红柿采摘技术进行研究,从西红柿本身入手,对西红柿的受力进行力学分析,采用带有藤的西红柿作为试验材料,使用精密型微控电子万能试验机进行剪切和压缩试验。采用统计软件对西红柿以及藤的每个阶段力学特性参数进行数据分析,得出西红柿最大抗压弹性强度为0. 017 MPa,其弹性模量为8. 33 MPa;西红柿藤被剪断的力最小值为233. 05 N。西红柿的抗压性能以及西红柿藤受剪切时的参数为西红柿采摘机设计提供参考依据。
According to current situation that domestic tomato picking methods are still relatively single and manual picking is mostly adopted,tomato picking technology was studied.Starting with tomatoes itself,the mechanical analysis of tomatoes was carried out.Tomatoes with vines were used as experimental materials,and precision micro-control electronic universal testing machine was used for shear and compression tests.Statistical software was used to analyze mechanical parameters of tomatoes and vine at each stage,and maximum compressive elastic strength of tomatoes was 0.017 MPa,its modulus of elasticity was 8.33 MPa,and the minimum shear force of tomato vine was 233.05 N.The compressive properties of tomatoes and the parameters of tomato vines under shearing provide some reference for the design of tomato harvesters in the future.
