摘要
针对玉米移栽机投苗时经常出现的钵苗倒伏、翻转情况,设计了一种可以实现'零速投苗'和'低加速度投苗'的栽植机构,利用Solid Works对其进行建模、运动和动力分析,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其结构的可靠性进行检验。
In order to solve problems of falling and turning of maize seedlings,a kind of planting mechanism which can achieve'zero-speed seedling'and'low-acceleration seedling'was designed,model was modeled and motion characteristics were analyzed by using Solid Works.Reliability of the structure was tested by ANSYS.
