摘要 应用Fluent软件对腔体优化后的气吹式排种器进行了3种工况分析,通过试验研究得到流场在清种、充种过程以及在促进种子流动的同时又周期性地对自流种子进行扰动,防止架空的作用,播种合格率达到95. 05%,结果表明合理的腔体设计能有效提高播种效率。 Fluent software was used to analyze three working conditions of air-sweeping seed metering device,and experimental research was carried out.Effect of flow field in process of cleaning and filling seeds and the periodic disturbance of self-flowing seeds by flow field while promoting the flow of seeds were obtained to prevent overhead,and the qualified rate of seeding reached 95.05%.Results showed that reasonable chamber design could effectively improve seeding efficiency.
