摘要
针对国内已研发生产的搂草机机型小、作业速度慢和结构性能差的现状,设计开发了宽幅指盘搂草机,该机适用于农作物秸秆和牧草的搂集、翻晒和并垄作业。该文对宽幅指盘搂草机的总体结构、搂草指盘、搂草指盘调节机构、集草宽度调节机构以及液压控制系统进行了设计并对整机进行了性能试验。试验结果表明:该机结构设计合理,其搂幅8. 5 m,漏搂率1. 5%,花叶损失率2. 6%,生产率12. 5 hm^2/h,各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。
Aiming at situation of small size,slow operation speed,poor structure and performance of rake developed and manufactured in China,wide finger-wheel rake was designed and developed,which was suitable for collecting,turning and ridging of crop straw and forage.Overall structure,finger-wheel,finger wheel adjusting mechanism,gathering hay with adjusting mechanism,hydraulic control system were designed.Performance test of complete machine was also carried out.Experiment results indicated that structure of machine was reasonable,width of gathering grass was 8.5 m,miss raking rate was 1.5%,loss rate of flower and leaf was 2.6%,work productivity was 12.5 hm^2/h,all performance indicators met design requirements.
