摘要
在选擇一个新的內燃机型号或設計一个新的柴油机时,常常会产生这样一个矛盾:先进的指标与耐久的寿命似乎不能兼有。先进的发动机:功率大、轉速高、重量輕,而寿命却要短些;反之,一个耐久可靠的柴油机,它的指标似乎注定应該是落后一些的。这种概念有它的現实根据,例如苏联的拖拉机柴油机一般具有坚固耐用的优点。
Having analysed some frequently employed criteria for evaluating the service-life of an internal combustion engines the paper presents the corrected horsepower per unit piston area as a measure for the engine thermal load, and a velocity factor for the mechanical load. They are proposed as criteria of the service-life of an engine. These two criteria are then used to investigate and make comparisons among the tractor engines which are widely known in china. In the end, the paper shows With examples. how to choose the design parameters to get an engine construction possessing both high performance and long service-life.
