摘要
为显著降低福美双·丙环唑35%悬乳剂的粘度,提高其物理贮存稳定性,本文通过流点法、粘度法、zeta电势法等研究方法,筛选出合适助剂和溶剂,确定了福美双·丙环唑35%悬乳剂最优配方。该配方采用新型分散剂和绿色环保溶剂,制剂流动性好,粘度可控,悬浮率>90%,热贮(54±2℃,14d)分解率<5%,产品各项指标符合悬乳剂的要求。
In order to reduce the viscosity and improve the physical storage stability of thiram o propiconazole 35% suspension emulsion(SE),flow point,viscosity and zeta potential methods were used to screen a series of additives and solvents and determined the optimal formula composition.The experiment results showed that the product prepared by novel dispersant and green solvent,presented a good flowability and controllable viscosity.The suspension rate of the preparation was over 90% and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was less than 5%after storage at 54±2°C for 14 days.The product complied with the specification requirements for the SE formulation.
