摘要
2012年起,浙江省率先实施特色作物农药登记财政扶持项目,支持农药企业在杨梅、草莓、桑树、中药材、茭白等特色作物上登记防治药剂,并给予登记试验费用50%的补贴。三年来,省财政共投入1 400万元,对28家农药企业、84个农药产品进行立项扶持。截至目前,项目实施进展顺利,部分产品已完成登记并在生产上推广应用。本文概述了浙江省特色作物农药登记进展情况,分析了存在的问题,提出了应对措施,旨在加快特色作物农药登记步伐,以保障特色农产品生产安全与可持续性。
A government-supported project of pesticide registration for special crops has been taken the first implementation by Zhejiang province since 2012. According to the project, the enterprises would get 50% subsidy for registration test costs when they register pesticide on special cropincluding waxberry, strawberry, mulberry, Chinese traditional medicine and water bamboo etc. During the last 3 years, total 14 million RMB has been invested by provincial government to support the registration of 84 pesticide products from 28 enterprises. Up to now, the project has been going smoothly and some pesticides had been authorized and applied for controlling dis eases and insect pests on special crops. In this paper, the progress and existing problems during pesticide registration for special crops were discussed and the countermeasures were put forward to speed up the registration and make sure the safety and sustainability of special crop productions.
