摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm波长下对氨唑草酮70%水分散粒剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.12,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为100.26%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of amicarbazone 70% WG by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 230 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.12, the variation coefficient was 0.17%, the average recovery was100.26%.
